In a recent visit of Turkey (Istanbul) Mayer to Lahore it is announced with a great pride that turkey is donating 100 buses to Punjab govt as a gift. In actual these are rejected, used and scraped buses running on the roads of Istanbul which they wanted to replace with the new ones. Punjab govt will be responsible for their maintenance to tip top those to make them workable. Punjab govt is going to approve billions of rupees from the govt kitty for the maintenance of these buses and keep a big chunk of that amount in their pocket for election purposes or what ever.
